LoungeUp, a guest relationship management platform for the hospitality industry, has developed a module for managing mobile keys, accessible on hotel guests' smartphones.
Customers will receive their room key virtually upon downloading Accor’s digital key app and can then access guestrooms, meeting rooms, and elevators using their smartphone.
