Yumilicious a Texas-based chain of frozen yogurt lounges has announced a partnership with Mocapay, a mobile consumer engagement platform, to mobile enable its loyalty program at all locations in South Carolina and Texas.

 

Using Mocapay's mobile platform, Yumilicious will target customers with exclusive specials, loyalty redemption and perk reminders before, during and after transactions, both in and out of its locations. Customers will be able to participate in the company’s loyalty program, signing up directly using their mobile phone or transition their existing physical loyalty card and begin earning reward points. Yumilicious will be able to learn more about customer behavior and better tailor loyalty offers based on visits data.

 

Mocapay’s software-as-a-service architecture allows Yumilicious the ability to integrate its existing MICROS e7 and RES point-of-sale equipment without costly equipment upgrades. Yumilicious has plans to offer mobile gift cards in the future, providing customers an easy way to pay for their purchases or give gifts to friends and family right from their phone.
