Uniguest Acquires Showcase Technology
Nashville-based Uniguest, provider of secure and fully managed guest-facing technologies, has acquired the hospitality assets of Showcase Technology. This is the third recent acquisition made to advance Uniguest’s strategy of expanding its footprint within the hospitality industry and diversifying into new industry verticals.
Torrance, California-based Showcase Technology provides secure, centrally managed free-to-guest and pay-per-use computer systems, printers, copiers and fax machines to the hospitality marketplace and business services segment.
By leveraging Uniguest’s guest-facing technology platforms and expertise, the company is now able to expand into complementary industries. The acquisition of Showcase, combines with the acquisitions announced earlier this month of Ascension Software, Inc., and the hospitality business center division of Eleven, Inc.
