The J.D. Power & Associates report, "2012 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study," has been released and names bandwidth among top concerns for hotel guests.
Many of the issues listed as complaints of guests include many for which technology providers are seeking to find solutions. Some of the top areas of guests' consternation named in the study include: long lines at check-in, inadequate bandwidth, being charged for WiFi and not being able to use personal devices in the hotel.
