Rhode Island Gaming Destination Installs Tech Suite
Twin River, a gaming, dining and entertainment venue located in Lincoln, Rhode Island, announces its selection of a technology suite from Micros Systems, Inc. The implementation includes MICROS 9700 HMS point-of-sale terminals, mymicros.net and the iCare loyalty module.
"MICROS 9700 provides us with tools that will enhance our operations, such as its efficient reporting features and easy-to-manage gift card program, which in turn enhances the experience of our guests," states Jason Gittle, director of IT, Twin River.
Twin River indicates it will use their new enterprise reporting solution to manage hosted applications for back office, data warehousing, business intelligence and other business applications.
