| December 31, 2012

Hospitality Technology magazine has announced that Dan Kim, chief concept officer & founder of Red Mango, will present the day two keynote address at MURTEC on March 15, 2013 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

Kim is the founder and former CEO of Red Mango, the #1 Zagat-rated brand of frozen yogurt smoothies with 200+ locations nationwide. An investment banker-turned-entrepreneur, Kim launched Red Mango's first U.S. location in 2007 and today serves as chief concept officer and resident customer service evangelist. He's passionate about technology, and the impact it can have on restaurant operations when a company's IT leaders are positioned for success.

The opening session for the second day of MURTEC is titled “IT Feeds the Business, Feeds the Customer.”  Kim will share some of the innovative strategies that helped his company be successful. Find out how technology can help restaurants behave like CPG companies; how to incorporate IT initiatives into business growth; and how to engage with the current generation of supremely tech-savvy customers.
