has selected NXTV Quadriga
to install its Sensiq guest communications platform in all 454 guest rooms across its three hotel properties, to deliver the ultimate guest experience and reinforce its luxury brand directly to guests via the in-room TV as well as providing high speed Internet services across the property.
The exclusive agreement updates previous video-on-demand services at Pebble Beach Resorts with a superior multimedia guest communications platform to offer guests the latest HD entertainment content and high speed Internet services. Sensiq also enables Pebble Beach Resorts to support the specific business objectives of its three hotel properties —The Inn at Spanish Bay, The Lodge at Pebble Beach and Casa Palmero - and promote services such as its world-class golf facilities, dining experiences, award-winning spa, retail outlets and renowned special events.
The NXTV Quadriga professional services team is working with Pebble Beach Resorts in applying Sensiq’s powerful branding and promotional tools to create a truly customized guest communications portal, which will successfully deliver the brand of Pebble Beach Resorts to every room. A customized interface and multiple videos reinforce the brand experience whilst resort-specific content enables the creation of a new in-room sales and promotional channel to drive potential revenue opportunities.
Guests will benefit from accessing information about Pebble Beach Resorts including golf courses, restaurant options and retail selections as well as details related to the renowned golf events it hosts, including the annual AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.
