Partnership Analyzes Customer Data and Streamlines Loyalty

SHC Direct®, a leading customer loyalty program provider, and LOC Enterprises LLC, provider of the first truly universal loyalty card, are partnering to create an innovative and comprehensive Loyalty Marketing Services product that addresses fundamental challenges of traditional customer loyalty programs.

SHC Direct helps clients gather, analyze, and use relevant customer behavior and demographic data. LOC Enterprises has developed The LOC Card, the first loyalty card solution that enables consumers to use just one card to participate in any merchant loyalty program — instead of the cumbersome system now in place where each merchant provides its own loyalty card and a separate enrollment process. The alliance with SHC Direct is the first partnership that LOC Enterprises has created to help improve the customer loyalty experience.

SHC Direct sees its partnership with LOC Enterprises as an innovative way to increase consumer participation in merchant loyalty programs, which in turn will allow SHC Direct to convert more raw consumer data into business-decision information that merchants can use to better engage customers, build customer loyalty, and improve profitability.
 
This alliance means that merchants using the SHC Direct customer loyalty solution will be “LOC-Card ready.” This will not only drive more consumers to use merchant loyalty programs but also generate more consumer data to help merchants make smarter marketing decisions. SHC Direct and LOC Enterprises plan to jointly market this new program to current customers as well as new merchants not yet affiliated with either company.
 
Many loyalty programs fail to generate needed data or produce data that retailers simply cannot process. On average, only 10 percent of all consumers give merchants the information that is needed to engage these consumers. Data analysis is a difficult task that requires the skills of a highly trained team of professionals. SHC Direct has the resources to accurately analyze customer data and deliver actionable recommendations that improve sales and margin.
Because consumers resist filling wallets and key chains with reward cards, they miss many reward opportunities. The universal LOC Card (and key fob and free smart phone app, too) is a single loyalty card solution that is compatible with any participating retailer’s program.
