Palace Resorts' New App Keeps Guests Informed, Connected

Palace Resorts, a company that offers all-inclusive luxury resort accommodations in Mexico and the Caribbean, has partnered with Runtriz, a developer of mobile solutions for the hospitality industry, to debut a new application experience for all eight of Palace Resorts’ properties.

The application is designed so that guests can easily navigate the amenities offered during their stay with Palace Resorts. For instance, guests using the application have easy access to directions and information for dining. They can also book AWE-Spa treatments, golf outings or off-site excursions and tours through the application. The Palace Resorts App events calendar helps guests to keep track of upcoming appointments, activities and entertainment while the built-in messaging feature allows guests to connect with hotel staff and fellow guests. The application also provides guests with the ability to engage with social media websites and with TripAdvisor.

Resort Credits and Palace Resorts’ instant cash back of up to $1,500 for guests staying five nights or more, can be managed using a kiosk within the Palace Resorts App. And when it’s time to leave, the Palace Resorts App offers seamless mobile checkout. It is available as a free download in both English and Spanish on the iTunes App Store, Google Play Store and on the company's own website.
