NEXTEP to Debut Self Check-In/Out Solution at the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show
NEXTEP SYSTEMS announces its entry into the hotel hospitality industry with the release of its Self Check-In/Out solution. The system will be featured in booth 2944 at the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show Nov. 8-10 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
Designed to simplify the hotel stay experience and guest travel, NEXTEP's Self Check-In/Out offers several innovative features to reduce total guest time spent at the front desk, including a touch-screen kiosk that invites guests to:
- Check in/out within 30 seconds or less
- Encode their room keys
- Upgrade and change rooms
- View, print and/or e-mail bills and receipts
- Check in and print boarding passes for flights
- Change credit cards
- Scan passports and licenses
NEXTEP has already integrated its Self Check-In/Out solution with the MICROS OPERA Property Management System, and is developing additional interfaces to other leading hospitality management systems.
