Louvre Hotels Group and Nor1,Inc., have announced an agreement to implement Nor1’s end-to-end upsell platform at all of the hospitality group’s current and future hotels.
 
Nor1’s upsell platform is designed to meet the needs of forward-thinking hoteliers, such as Louvre Hotel Group, looking for a enterprise-level way to optimize revenue, loyalty and the overall guest experience at all key touch-points. Comprised of Nor1’s upsell solutions, eStandby Upgrade and FrontDesk Upsell, the data-driven platform creates a personalized commerce environment that enables hotels to make relevant and targeted upsell offers delivered post-confirmation, pre-arrival, at check-in, and throughout an individual guest’s stay.

The initial stage of eStandby Upgrade and FrontDesk Upsell deployment will be at the Golden Tulip, Royal Tulip and Tulip Inn properties.
