IHG is committed to helping its hotels operate efficiently using smart technology solutions like Quore. “IHG evaluated the landscape of service optimization providers piloting various solutions, and Quore was the clear leader,” said Tim Genovese, Vice President of Quality & Brand Consistency, The Americas, IHG.
Through its cloud-based platform, Quore streamlines hotel workflows, centralizing key operations with automatic cascading and escalation, enabling simple tracking, enhanced efficiency and higher guest satisfaction.

Through its preferred vendor program, IHG will be promoting the use of Quore as a service optimization solution to its North American hotels through multiple internal channels.
