Givex Launches SKU Loyalty Program

Givex, a global provider of closed loop card technologies, including gift, loyalty and other stored value programs, successfully launch its SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) Loyalty Program.

This comes as an enhancement to Givex's current Points-to-Dollar Loyalty Program where loyalty card holders earn points with every purchase. Points can be redeemed for rewards or automatically converted into money back on the card. With Givex's new SKU Loyalty Program, merchants can reward customers for purchasing specific products or services. Givex Merchants who subscribe to this service can tie point rewards or discounts to the purchase of specific SKUs. The flexible Givex system can be further customized with promotional rules, such as providing bonus points if the SKU was purchased on a particular day of the week.

Merchants simply specify the SKUs to be included in the program and the corresponding rewards. They will be able to manage these settings using a secure online interface. Whenever a loyalty card holder makes a purchase, the Givex database automatically checks for relevant SKUs and applies their associated rewards, allowing merchants to focus on the customer experience. The SKU Loyalty Program is currently available on POS systems that are certified with Givex SKU Loyalty.

In addition to loyalty program technology, Givex also provides other solutions for all aspects of a merchant's business including: gift/stored value cards, e-gift certificates, frequency cards, returns cards, employee incentives, expense accounts, promotional cards and coupons.
