Canadian Operator Tackles Call Center Management

Cara Operations Limited, Canada's largest operator of full service restaurants, announces that it will leverage the OrderPerfect 2.0 solution from Exit 41, Inc. for its call center and web site, which processes take out and delivery orders for its 190 Swiss Chalet restaurants. The OrderPerfect 2.0 solution will integrate directly with Swiss Chalet's Micros point of sale system.

OrderPerfect 2.0 broadens its functionailty to support additional customer ordering channels, including call ahead; text message; IVR; and Web ordering for pick up, curbside and delivery services.
