eZee Technosys Updates Its PMS, Channel Manager and Reservation Booking Engine

eZee Technosys, all-in-one hospitality solutions provider, announced the release of new versions of its cloud based product trio, eZee Absolute Property Management System, eZee Centrix Channel Manager and eZee Reservation Booking Engine. The updates will improve ease of use and convenience while also addressing pain areas for hoteliers.
 
eZee Absolute Property Management System
eZee Absolute PMS simplifies previously complex folio operations into an easier one-step process. The PMS also offers SMS alerts to alert housekeeping staff when they are assigned a room on which to work. The PMS app will also reflect some value-added features. Hoteliers will now get Push notifications right from the app notifying them of any booking they receive, effectively syncing their hotel operations on their smartphone. And hoteliers will be able to print Guest Registration Cards, invoices, receipts and extra charge vouchers from the PMS app.
 
Users from the United Kingdom will be able to use integrated payment gateway SagePay to perform sale, refund, void, extend sale, authorization and capture operations in the system.. Meanwhile, front desk managers that are willing to assign a complimentary room to a guest can perform the task in just one click. Up until now, to sell a room as complimentary to any guest, hoteliers had to manually change the tariff to zero. But from now on, selecting a check-box in the reservation window the system will nullify all the charges and hoteliers will be able to sell the room as complementary.
 
eZee Reservation Booking Engine
Hoteliers are now able to hold a booking right from the ‘Add Reservation’ window, and also to set a reminder to release the booking on the release date. If the booking is released or confirmed before the release date, the system will remove the reminder. However, if the booking is released, hoteliers will get a notification indicating that the booking was released. Hoteliers can also manually release the booking.
 
Hoteliers can now add a custom CSS on their booking engine page, to help them offer more in-depth customizations to their booking engine visitors. They'll be able to define the look of controllers as well as text boxes on the page, making it look more attractive.
 
In this version of eZee Reservation, the company updated the Price Widget Feature. It gives the booker a comparison of the hotel's room rates on pre-defined OTAs, thus helping the guest make a faster and fair decision while booking. And hoteliers will be able to list new OTAs on the booking engine page, and select the OTA rates they wish to display on the page.
 
eZee Channel Manager
The eZee Centrix Channel Manager was integrated with PMS ChaletManager and five OTAs including Atlantis, Busyrooms (Europe), Xcaliber (Thailand), DirectWithHotels (Malaysia) and Tiket.com (Indonesia).
