citizenM Hotels announce the implementation of the Guest Experience Ecosystem (GEE) from AltiusPar at HITEC 2008. Designed as an integrated ecosystem, the new offering provides citizenM a highly flexible solution based on a data-centric approach to guest services that is highly personalized, scalable and can adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
The AltiusPAR integrated ecosystem allows citizenM guests to easily configure their room at the time their reservations are made or anytime thereafter. They can choose specific themes such as "relaxation," "romance," or "business" to set pre-defined parameters or they can individually choose from items such as favorite TV content, music, preferred room temperature, lighting scheme, and other preferences, all of which are automatically adjusted once they check-in at the kiosk and their RFID tag is activated. Any changes made during their stay are automatically stored and the next time the guest checks-in, the room will be configured precisely as indicated in the previous stay - the ultimate in customized travel.
