The Trump Hotel Collection
has selected the MICROS
OPERA Enterprise Solution (OES) as its hotel management software, in addition to MICROS 9700 Hospitality Management System (HMS) point-of-sale system for its recently acquired property, Miami’s iconic Doral Golf Resort & Spa.
The Trump Organization is revamping the 622-acre resort and its 693 guestrooms, private members’ clubhouse, world-class golf courses including the TPC Blue Monster, meeting spaces, ballroom, spa, retail outlets, and six food and beverage operations.
As part of the OPERA Enterprise solution, TRUMP HOTEL COLLECTION has implemented the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) and OPERA Customer Information System (OCIS) to manage customer profile data. With the modular structure of MICROS’s solutions and flexibility for customization, TRUMP HOTEL COLLECTION was able to tailor its OPERA and MICROS POS solutions to support the hotel group’s unique needs and operations including the one-of-a-kind Trump Attachè department, where individual attention is delivered to each customer from personal or grocery shopping to meeting planning and scheduling.
