The Spa at Norwich Inn has selects Enablez Inc.'s ResortSuite integrated software solution to manage its luxurious destination spa in the Connecticut woods. ResortSuite's property management system (PMS), SPA, CATERING, food and beverage (F&B), and CLUB modules were selected by The Spa at Norwich Inn to manage all areas of the destination spa, including its 100+ guestrooms, suites and villas, 36-treatment room spa, memberships, event planning, and dining reservations.
By selecting ResortSuite's completely integrated solution, The Spa at Norwich Inn will now have a single definition of customers throughout its operation, guaranteeing a high level of service to every guest across all touch points. Staff, inventory, and gift certificates will also be recognized universally across the property, eliminating IT limitations, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing guest experiences. The execution of targeted, integrated marketing campaigns will also provide continued interaction with guests between visits.
