The Kessler Collection enters into an exclusive five-year agreement with Roomlinx, Inc. to install new in-room media, entertainment & business solution and high-speed Internet access application to all new Kessler Collection hotels moving forward. The first two Kessler luxury properties to go live with Roomlinx are the 104-room Bohemian Hotel Asheville at Biltmore Village, Asheville, N.C., scheduled to open winter 2008, and the 75-room Bohemian Hotel at Savannah Riverfront, scheduled to open 2009.
Roomlinx provides guests with in-room access to media, entertainment, concierge services and office-suite tools through the flat-panel television, proprietary Media Console and software to the portfolio. Roomlinx delivers customized hotel, local and travel information, unique HD On Demand Content, Music, iPod Connectivity, Games, HSIA, Business Tools, and much more.
The Kessler Collection, owned by Richard C. Kessler, is a portfolio of boutique four- and five-diamond quality hotels, spas and art galleries located in Florida, Georgia, Colorado and New Mexico and now with an office located in Vienna.

Schreiber says that the Roomlinx system, which eliminates the need for Kessler properties to print in-room directories in the future, is also a great vehicle to market onsite property offerings and each hotel within The Kessler Collection, as well as further reiterate its commitment to preserving the environment.
Through solid partnerships, Roomlinx provides every room with a unique system that includes: an optional 32-inch HDTV, a Windows-based media console, a wireless keyboard and remote both with an integrated mouse, a Roomlinx Proprietary Media & Entertainment Software Package, 24/7/365 help desk support and a complete HSIA network upgrade if requested.
The technology and infrastructure required to support the Roomlinx system is installed with no capital outlay. Roomlinx provides a complete in-room technology overhaul to the property and seamlessly integrates its solution with a hotel's existing property-management system. Revenues will be generated through on-demand content, advertising, e-commerce and business services; all of which are tailored to fit the needs of the property and its guests.
