The Ashton Hotel Enables Mobile Guest Access

The Ashton Hotel, a historic boutique hotel in Fort Worth, has announced it will be improving the guest experience via the smartphone technology of OpenKey, the industry standard for universal mobile key access.
 
The OpenKey partnership adds to the modern amenities offered at the luxury property. The OpenKey app allows guests authorized and secure entry to their hotel rooms via their smartphone or mobile device.
 
The universal technology allows guests to manage their room check-in prior to arrival, call the front desk, confirm their identity with an ID capture for security and send their estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the hotel via the app.
 
OpenKey is helping to reinvent the hospitality experience by providing a robust technology solution for both hotel guests and front desk staff.
 
The Ashton Hotel is an elegant boutique hotel fully renovated from two buildings originally built in 1915.The historic buildings were meticulously restored to retain the unique architectural details while the interior was updated with the latest modern conveniences
 
After undergoing extensive renovations, The Ashton Hotel opened in 2001 featuring 39 rooms that maintain their historic charm. The hotel has received more than $10 million in renovations throughout the years. The Ashton Hotel is included on the top 10 best hotels list for the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, as well as the National Register of Historic Places.
