| July 25, 2012

Affinity Gaming has selected the Agilysys Stratton Warren System inventory and procurement solution to streamline operations at Terrible's Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. Affinity Gaming has used the Stratton Warren System for many years at its three Primm Valley properties.

The Stratton Warren System is a full featured inventory and procurement solution that maximizes purchasing power and reduces operational costs. The Stratton Warren System automates the entire procurement process — from requisition to invoice — and provides a fast and measurable return on investment by identifying the most suitable suppliers, reducing labor costs and waste and helping eliminate time-consuming and error-prone paper documents. Features of the system include budget tracking, business intelligence functionality, automated email bid capability, multiple par level functionality and wireless mobile computer enhancements.

Affinity Gaming is a diversified casino gaming company headquartered in Las Vegas. The company's casino operations consist of 12 casinos, nine of which are located in Nevada, two in Missouri and one in Iowa. Affinity Gaming is also the landlord of three additional casinos in Colorado and expects to be licensed to operate those casinos in the second half of 2012. Additionally, Affinity Gaming has entered into a consulting agreement to support the operations of the Rampart Casino at the J.W. Marriott Resort in Las Vegas.
