Ted's Montana Grill to Join National Gift Certificate Program

| July 07, 2008

Ted's Montana Grill announces that they are partnering with Restaurants.com to steer to its gift certificate program.

Expanding a directory of more than 8,500 restaurants nationwide, the Restaurant.com gift certificate program will allow diners to go online and save for a taste of made-from-scratch comfort food served in an authentic turn-of-the-century Montana grill atmosphere.

Nearly three dozen Ted's restaurants across the United States will offer $10, $25, $50, $75 and $100 gift certificates through Restaurant.com -- all at a consumer cost that is 60 percent less than their redemption value at the restaurant. After selecting a restaurant, diners pick, purchase and print their gift certificate denomination for immediate use.

Diners visit Restaurant.com and search by state, zip code and area to pick a participating Ted's Montana Grill. Cities with Ted's restaurants and Restaurant.com gift certificates include Birmingham, Ala.; South Windsor, Conn.; Estero, Jacksonville, Naples and Tallahassee Fla.; Bolingbrook, Glenview, Naperville and Schaumburg, Ill.; Carmel and Indianapolis, Ind.; Wichita and Leawood, Kan.; Lexington, Ky.; Westborough, Mass.; Kansas City, Mo.; Omaha, Neb.; Raleigh and Durham, N.C.; New York; Columbus and Dublin, Ohio; Warrington and Philadelphia, Pa.; Cranston, R.I.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Alexandria, Arlington and Sterling, Va.

"Restaurant.com is an easy way for us to reach more new guests online, while staying in close touch with past patrons. We constantly look for unique services to turn people on to our version of classic American dining and the enjoyable experiences they can have at Ted's," says George McKerrow Jr., co-founder and president/CEO of Ted's Montana Grill.

After choosing a location, visitors can view restaurants alphabetically and access their profile by clicking on the first letter in the name. Once selected, restaurant Web pages show gift certificate denominations and available quantities.
