Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort Selects Agilysys Software Suite

Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort in Suquamish, Wash. has selected a comprehensive software suite by Agilysys, including solutions for property management, point of sale, guest marketing and document management, to streamline operations at the 85-room property.

"We wanted integrated software solutions that are flexible and easy to use, and Agilysys provided the complete package," says Rich Purser, general manager at Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort. "These software solutions already achieve what others on the market are just beginning to talk about. We are confident the systems will give us more control over our business, help us reach new heights in guest service and position us for future business opportunities."

Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort is using the following solutions from Agilysys:

  • Visual One property management system, a comprehensive and fully integrated property management solution that offers a wide range of features and functionality, including front office operations, guest history, housekeeping, reservations management and more. The resort is using the Visual One Retail POS system to manage its retail outlets, the Visual One Sales & Catering module to manage conference and banquet operations and the Visual One Spa Management solution to track spa employee work schedules, make spa appointments and send e-mail confirmations to spa guests.
  • InfoGenesis POS system, an award-winning point-of-sale software solution that combines powerful reporting and configuration capabilities in the back office with an easy-to-use touch-screen terminal application. Designed for multi-unit operations common in hospitality environments, the system can manage any combination of dining, bar, room service and gift shop operations. Features include real-time reporting capabilities, packages and prix fixe menus, signature capture, multi-language capability and advanced sorting, filtering and grouping options. Gift card integration between the InfoGenesis POS system and the Visual One property management system gives guests the option of paying for rooms, meals and spa appointments with a gift card.
  • Guest eMarketing (GeM) solution, a feature-rich guest correspondence and marketing management solution that enables properties to create cost-effective and highly personalized e-mail campaigns. With GeM, Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort can send promotional offers, reminders, newsletters and surveys and obtain data that leads to improved performance.
  • DataMagine document management system, a patented solution that automatically captures, indexes and archives all business-critical documents and reports. The property is using the DataMagine Signature Capture module to digitally capture guest signatures at check-in. Signatures are stored for future online retrieval, enabling quick settlement of disputes and eliminating costly write-offs.
