Steton Releases 360 Fall 2010 Software Update

Steton Technology Group, a provider of performance management software to restaurants, hospitality and other industries, today announced its fall 2010 update for Steton 360. The software's new capabilities will make it easier for companies to involve their external partners in the effort to improve product quality and services.

Companies who are heavily invested in brand and quality often require retail and supplier partners to comply with specific policies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Steton 360 Enterprise Edition now makes it easy for these partners to perform secure self-assessments and distribute reports to the right internal managers and employees. In addition, partners can also post certification documentation required for contractual, operational and regulatory compliance.

"We all know that higher productivity means more done in less time," says Scott Anderson, director of operations for Wendy's of Southern Oregon. "That's very helpful with 11 of our restaurants operating in a state with the second-highest minimum wage."

According to Anderson, the franchisee operates 13 Wendy's restaurants, and uses the self-assessment and reporting features of Steton 360 provided by franchisor Wendy's International. "Steton gives us an edge because we're calibrated on how we are viewing the business. We focus our time on the dimensions of our business that give us the greatest return for our resources. With Steton 360, we organize and prioritize our opportunities in ways that are easier to measure and execute," he says.
