South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa Taps PMS, Document Mgmt & eMarketing Tools to Streamline Operations

South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas has selected the Lodging Management System property management solution, DataMagine document management system and Guest eMarketing direct guest marketing solution, all by Agilysys, to streamline operations at the 2,163-room property. South Point already uses InfoGenesis POS by Agilysys.

  • Lodging Management System (LMS): A comprehensive property management solution that automates every aspect of a hotel's operations — from reservations and credit card processing to accounting and housekeeping. Its versatile foundation easily expands to incorporate modules for activities scheduling, attraction ticketing, food and beverage management, online reservations, remote check-in, sales and catering, spa management and more. One of the hospitality and gaming industry's most powerful property management systems, LMS interfaces guest player accounts to the hotel booking engine, making it ideal for large-scale operations like South Point.
  • DataMagine document management system: A patented solution that automatically captures, indexes and archives all business-critical documents and reports. South Point has selected the DataMagine Driver's License & Passport Scanning module to ensure proof of identity and reduce fraud; the DataMagine Report Archive module to streamline recordkeeping; and the DataMagine Signature Capture module to digitally capture guest signatures upon check-in.
  • Guest eMarketing (GeM): A feature-rich guest correspondence and marketing management solution that enables properties to create cost-effective and highly personalized e-mail campaigns. With GeM, South Point can send promotional offers, reminders, newsletters and surveys and obtain data that leads to improved performance.
