Shilo Inns Seeks to Increase Bottom Line with Enhanced Booking Capabilities

Shilo Inns has signed a new longer term agreement with Genares that promises increased service capabilities for Shilo customers. Included in the agreement is a custom integration with Shilo's proprietary systems. This integration will allow Shilo properties to manage Genares and all the sales channels from the property level management system. Genares will also provide a customized, fully featured web booking engine and mobile booking applications. Finally, Genares will also be implementing their proprietary voice application for the Shilo call center. The Genares call center voice application is Internet based software and may be applied by users globally.
