Sheraton Improves Guest Experience with Refreshed Lobby PCs

11/19/2013
Sheraton® Hotels and Resorts recently updated the brand standards of their signature lobby computers, Link@Sheraton in partnership with Eleven. With guest experience top of mind, the upgrade included the migration to Windows 8, deployment of Lenovo touch-screen computers, customization with Sheraton-selected applications, and a new desktop design.

Sheraton Hotels originally chose Eleven as a preferred provider in 2005 when Link@Sheraton was first implemented to create a social and welcoming environment in each hotel lobby. Today, ElevenGC has been widely deployed in Sheraton hotels throughout North America.

With curved wood walls, rounded furniture, and the open lobby location, both business travelers and vacationers can easily recognize the distinctive Link@Sheraton style. It’s a communal place where guests relax, grab a snack, and get connected. Now with Windows 8, characterized by Microsoft® as “a better way to work and play,” guests will have popular apps and other features right at their fingertips.

Most recently, Eleven updated guest computers at the Sheraton Herndon Dulles Airport, Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles, Sheraton Boston, Sheraton Philadelphia University City, Sheraton Grand Sacramento, Sheraton Cleveland Airport, and Sheraton Commander.
