to help the casual-dining restaurant giant forecast labor needs, simplify the employee-scheduling process and communicate with speed and ease.
HotSchedules rolled out its point-of-sale integrated Workforce solution to 758 Ruby Tuesday, Truffles Grill, Wok Hay, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, and Marlin & Ray’s locations. The rollout began in March and was completed at the end of April.
HotSchedules products help restaurants lower their labor cost while simultaneously making the job of employee scheduling simple to manage. The company was in need of a scalable solution that could easily accommodate its more than 37,000 team members. Now, restaurant managers and staff can communicate around the clock about scheduling and other important restaurant business via the web and mobile devices.
