Hospitality Technology's eighth annual Restaurant Executive Summit promises to deliver a full program of solutions-focused educational sessions this October 8 – 10 at Charleston Place in Charleston, SC. The Summit will offer insights from across the restaurant environment, including technology, operations, finance and marketing. This year's focus is "Synergy across the Enterprise: Fostering Cross-Departmental Collaboration."
The growing roster of speakers includes Brandon Coleman, III, chief marketing officer, Romano’s Macaroni Grill
and Robert Baxley, COO, Zaxby’s Franchising Inc.
Coleman will offer insights on the explosion of digital touchpoints in the dining industry and how restaurants can foster even greater synergy between marketing and technology in “Digital Touchpoints: Marketing Technology for Deeper Guest Connections.” Baxley will detail how Zaxby’s has leveraged technological innovation to improve operations in “A Case Study of Success: Operational Excellence.”
Coleman and Baxley join a roster of speakers and panelists that includes: Karen Bird, vice president of information technology of Buffalo Wild Wings
, Luis Oliveira, vice president of information technology of Ignite Restaurant Group Inc.
