This infographic includes highlights from the second annual Customer Engagement Technology Study. By 2015, nearly all hotels and restaraunts will have a website that's been optimized for mobile platforms, which is good news considering how important they are when engaging consumers. Curiously, QR codes are poor tools for engaging customers, yet more than 1/3 of restaurants use them.
