Red Mango Utilizes BI Tools Added to Restaurant Loyalty Solution

Red Mango has implemented Paytronix Systems, Inc. which has announced the release of its latest feature, a business intelligence (BI) toolset. The BI toolset gives users a dashboard-style view of their loyalty data and enables them to analyze it with an easy-to-use interface. Restaurant executives can quickly mine data to make informed marketing decisions that drive sales. The toolset provides merchants with graphical interpretations of program data to help identify opportunities for motivating incremental loyalty member visits and spending.

The business intelligence toolset delivers key information about a restaurant’s loyalty program, including trends in activation and registration. A merchant can see a year-over-year comparison of its data, general demographic information about the program’s members, its best and worst performing locations, and its most popular enrollment methods – smartphone app, web, and more.

“This new feature is awesome,” said Dan Kim, chief concept officer for Red Mango, Inc. “The UI/UX is so easy to use – in seconds, I can see enough data to gain a deep understanding of our loyalty program. The time savings and depth of knowledge are fantastic.”

Dan Kim will presenting the day two keynote address at Hospitality Technology's 2013 Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference (MURTEC) on March 15. Kim's session is titled “IT Feeds the Business, Feeds the Customer.” Kim will share some of the innovative strategies that helped his company be successful.
