Sailormen Inc., Popeye's largest franchisee in the USA, has selected Posera's Maitre'D Software Suite to streamline operations in their 141 locations. The rollout is scheduled to take place over the next 24 months.

The Maitre'D e-Global corporate solution will be installed at the corporate head office, providing centralized reporting and business intelligence on system-wide operations.
