Pollo Campero to Guide Growth with Software Tool

Pollo Campero announces that it has licensed and is deploying geoVue's software solutions to optimize real-estate decisions in order to increase its own and franchisees' return on invested capital.

Pollo Campero indicates that it selected geoVue's solution because it creates a decision-making framework that gives management a clear set of development priorities using predictive trade areas, market potential statistics and market rankings. By optimizing trade areas and restaurant networks, as well as a build-out sequence, Pollo Campero will be able to secure the best new locations, while minimizing cannibalization.

"We believe that our growth opportunity is between 300 to 500 new restaurants over the next five years," says Jorge Armenteros, executive vice president of franchise operations, Pollo Campero.
