Pinnacle to Acquire Food Service Management Solution Assets
The Pinnacle Corporation is set to purchase Quick Servant assets from Intura Solutions, LP, for an undisclosed amount.
In February 2005, Pinnacle partnered with Intura to build the next generation of Pinnacle's Quick Servant solution, used to manage food service inventory and operations in the petroleum convenience industry. The next generation of this solution, Symphony Quick Servant has since been released and version 3.0 is now available for general release. Symphony Quick Servant boasts a strong set of food service management features; including recipe and waste management, inventory control, sales and ordering, and menu control, all managed from the corporate office.
With the purchase of this asset from Intura, Pinnacle is better positioned to drive the evolution of the product, further integrate it with other Pinnacle solutions, and ensure the product roadmap is in-line with Pinnacle's strategic direction.
