POS Software Now Accepts Web and Mobile Orders

4/4/2014
pcAmerica and Granbury Solutions have announced a renewed agreement of partnership to provide restaurants with online and mobile ordering solutions. The expanded partnership allows restaurants utilizing pcAmerica point-of-sale software to accept web and mobile orders via Granbury’s LetsGet online ordering and mobile app technology.

Direct integration between pcAmerica point-of-sale software and LetsGet enables pcAmerica customers to expand their ordering capabilities to include customized online ordering sites and branded mobile apps. Restaurants can take advantage of the new technology without major changes to daily operations as digital orders flow seamlessly into pcAmerica’s Restaurant Pro Express POS software and print to kitchen printers automatically.

The partnership comes at a critical time for many small restaurant owners as growing fast-casual and pizza chains are eating up more of the restaurant market share. Large chains such as Dominos and Pizza Hut have credited more than 40% in total sales from online ordering. According to recent Wall Street Journal findings, this trend is likely to continue unless independent restaurants adopt online and mobile ordering soon.

Restaurant owners around the nation have found success in raising ticket averages with LetsGet’s unique graphical ordering and powerful suggestive selling features. LetsGet users also enjoy the ability to collect customer information for marketing purposes, detailed performance reports, customizable discount options and integrated card processing.

LetsGet Online ordering is now available as an option for pcAmerica customers at a low, fixed monthly cost. pcAmerica has also announced an online ordering referral program for pcAmerica resellers looking to build recurring revenue and improve their customer’s satisfaction.
