Larkspur Hotels and Restaurants announces that it has successfully implemented the SoftBrands Epitome multi-property management system (PMS) from SoftBrands, Inc. at multiple Larkspur hotels in San Francisco's Union Square.
The system uses a web-based, single guest database allowing Larkspur staff to see guest history at all of its Union Square hotels. Hotel staff can now identify guest stay issues and recognize loyal guests to the Larkspur brand, an ability that remains illusive to many independent brands.
"With our hotels being located within four blocks of one another, centrally managing data is a key benefit," says Todd Maxwell, vice president of technology, Larkspur Hotels and Restaurants. "Implementing the Epitome PMS as a web-based solution allows our team members to access PMS data from any computer, which is a huge advantage as we have centralized sales and reservations for these hotels."
