Morgans Hotel Group Co. (MHG) has relaunched a portion of its website to further empower guests in customizing their booking and taking advantage of every possible opportunity to enhance their stay. "My Account" now provides a new platform for guests to create a personalized, original experience at any of Morgans Hotel Group's properties. Guests will create a profile under "My Account" by answering an array of simple questions on things ranging from room-type preference to twitter handles and frequent flyer information. Once the information is submitted, the rest is in the hands of the renowned hospitality innovators.

The process of creating an account is nearly effortless. Users can login to access all booking information on existing and past reservations, cancel or change existing reservations and view any special offers that may apply to them based on their profile and interests.
