Marriott Allows Guests to Control TVs with Personal Devices

Construction has been completed on the newly opened Courtyard by Marriott Irvine Spectrum. This modern hotel caters to business travelers with a 5,000 square foot conference area and well equipped workspaces in the guest rooms. Guest-tek will be the technology provider for the property’s High Speed Internet, Free to Guest programming on new Samsung H-Browser smart TVs, and Guest-tek’s myAway – which allows guests to control the TV through their personal electronic devices. Guests can also share content to the TV with their Apple iOS devices.
 
The Courtyard by Marriott Irvine Spectrum was built by R.D. Olson Construction and is owned and developed by R.D. Olson Development. The eight story hotel overlooks Saddleback Mountain and Laguna Canyon and can accommodate a variety of indoor and outdoor events.
