Loews Institutes System-Wide Central Res App
Loews Hotels, owner and operator of 18 properties throughout the United States and Canada, announces its selection of the Opera Reservation System (ORS) and Opera Web Suite (OWS) from Micros Systems, Inc. as the central reservation application for its hotels and resorts.
Micros ORS provides all hotel and corporate staff access to guest data for guest satisfaction and effective hotel operations. This consolidation of guest information enables Loews to further promote its guest-centric activities for all its hotels.
