Libra OnDemand CRM consolidates all guest, company and travel agency information across single or multiple properties to provide a complete 360 degree view of each customer, allowing hoteliers to track guest preferences, web site feedback and comment cards, manage loyalty rewards programs, conduct targeted email marketing campaigns and drive repeat business. The built-in Events Management module provides an interactive graphical functions map and intuitive "drag and drop" functionality to manage meeting space availability and banquet event orders.
