Latest MSI WinPM Release Offers New Software Functionality Designed Specifically for Best Western

MSI (Multi-Systems, Inc.), a hospitality technology solutions provider announces the release of WinPM version 2.2 which includes exciting new software functionality, specifically for Best Western members.

During the 2008 Best Western convention in Hawaii, MSI asked Best Western members how they would enhance the WinPM solution. Best Western owners and general managers shared suggestions like the ability to stop charge routing from printing, having more control locally, greater package functionality, and Best Western Reward loyalty enrollment.

This year MSI has worked diligently to deliver. WinPM 2.2 for Best Western now includes the following:

  • Enhanced package flexibility
  • Enhanced locally enforced restrictions
  • Enhanced DOW (Day of Week) rates
  • Enhanced accounting functionality
  • Blacklist "Do Not Rent" functionality
  • Room revenue category reporting
  • Enhanced Reports
  • Best Western Rewards look up and enrollment
  • Qualified rate designations and commissionable rate codes

In addition, MSI is rolling out mobile technology for WinPM users, via iPhone/iTouch, as part of MSI's nTouch suite for WinPM launched at HITEC. MSI's mobile technology now puts real-time, critical operating data in your hands with nTouch for WinPM. nTouch lets you check availability, look up a VIP guest, manage room status while seeing how you are doing with RevPar, ADR and Occupancy goals to budget, right from your iPhone or iTouch mobile device.

The MSI team will be showcasing both, WinPM enhancements and the nTouch intergration at this year's Best Western Convention in Phoenix, Arizona, October 22nd-24th. Visit MSI at Booth #512 and attend the WinPM User Group meeting as part of the convention on Friday, October 23rd.
