La Quinta, American Express Sign Hotel Folio Agreement

La Quinta Inns & Suites, one of the largest operators of limited-service hotels in the US with over 80,000 rooms and more than 800 hotels across the US, Canada, and Mexico, has announced a new Hotel Folio alliance with American Express. The agreement provides American Express Corporate Card clients with highly detailed spend data that analyzes and itemizes their lodging expenditures free of charge. With the addition of La Quinta, American Express now offers Hotel Folio data from seven major hotel chains and over 15,000 hotel properties.

 

American Express’ Hotel Folio gives clients enriched data on employees’ hotel expenditures, such as room charges, meals, business services and parking. The program provides greater visibility into clients’ spending, gives them the ability to evaluate ancillary spending, track the use of negotiated room rates, and better manage their T&E costs.
