Kaba announced on September 1, 2015 that its merger with DORMA is finalized. The new company, dorma+kaba Group, with pro forma annual sales of more than CHF 2B ($2.1B) has more than 16,000 staff in 50 countries. Kaba provides the Saflok™ and ILCO™ brands of electronic locks.
DORMA’s automatic doors and Crane revolving doors are in wide use throughout the hospitality industry, as are its architectural hardware and crash bar door systems. Further, DORMA’s Modernfold movable wall partitions and glass wall systems are ideal for hotel and flexible conference centers.
