IHG partners with HBSI to Gain a Competitive Edge

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Hotel Booking Solutions (HBSI) have announced a comprehensive agreement for the deployment of the HBSI Demand Management suite of products and services at IHGÃ.‚¬™s regional and global hotels.

IHG will use the HBSI technology and services to expand the number of online distribution channels available to its properties. Through HBSI, IHG will achieve robust electronic connections to third-party distribution channels, which it will then make available to its hotels worldwide.

By deploying comprehensive, electronic two-way interfaces to new and existing channels of distribution, IHG properties will gain an immediate competitive advantage by making their products available wherever their guests may want to shop.
