Hotel Installs New Tech to Enhance Guest Communication

The new luxury Hotel Regatta in Hanko, Finland has announced the adoption of Sensiq Edition from Quadriga, enabling the hotel to offer an enriched and intuitive guest experience. Before its grand opening, the hotel will be installing Sensiq Edition in all 49 of its rooms, giving it the capability to offer a superb selection of TV channels displayed in the guest’s own language, IPTV, a compelling choice of pre-DVD movie releases on-demand and both wired and WiFi connectivity.

Designed by Finnish architect, Lars Sonck, in 1898, the completely renovated, castle-inspired hotel will be using Sensiq Edition to communicate directly with its guests in their rooms, with tailored promotional content related to the hotel and its services. This will help drive new revenue opportunities that deliver against the hotel’s business objectives. Going forward, Sensiq Edition will give the hotel the flexibility to upgrade with additional features and functionality, potentially adding powerful new customization capabilities.

Sensiq Edition is an entry level version of Quadrigas established guest communications portal, Sensiq. Introduced two years ago and now installed in thousands of hotel rooms across Europe, Russia, Africa, India and the US, Sensiq is evolving to meet the changing needs of hotels and their guests. Initially targeted at luxury 4-5 star hotels, Sensiq can now be offered more broadly with the new Sensiq Edition.
