Hardee's Franchisee Renews $3 Million, Three-Year Managed WAN Contract

Boddie-Noell, the largest Hardee's franchisee in the U.S., has renewed its EverWorX Managed Wide Area Network contract with Contingent Network Services. This will be Contingent's second consecutive 36-month term providing EverWorX Managed WAN services to Boddie-Noell.

Boddie-Noell is among the rapidly growing number of national and super regional retailers that have abandoned their expensive and over-engineered wide area networks for fully customized, "hand-crafted," internet-based, IPsec VPNs (virtual private networks). Contingent's EverWorX line of Managed WAN services is PCI compliant and each version of the EverWorX network is uniquely designed to meet the exact needs of the client for whom it is deployed.

EverWorX enables organizations to streamline their communications and maximize productivity. The service can provide for 100% coverage throughout North America with a comprehensive, scalable and worry-free package that combines all elements of design, deployment and support for a single or multi-site voice and data network with NO capital investment. Unlike other competitive systems, EverWorX provides more than telecommunications aggregation. It is a best-in-class, turn-key solution that can be customized to fill gaps or outsource entire network operations. EverWorX provides a 99% uptime services guarantee that protects clients from service interruption, regardless of the underlying carriers. If service is interrupted, the client does not pay, period.
