Hard Rock Reveals Strategy for Tracking Online Customer Feedback

Hard Rock International has chosen ReviewAnalyst LLC to monitor its social media presence and customer reviews across a multitude of travel, review and social forums. ReviewAnalyst will monitor data for Hard Rock International including cafe and hotel properties, marking ReviewAnalyst's initial launch into the restaurant market.
 
ReviewAnalyst evaluates the major social media networks, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and FourSquare, as well as many travel and review sites, for user-generated content pertaining to a particular brand or location. By tracking customer interactions over all of the key social media networks, operators receive a comprehensive overview of their brand perception, allowing vigilant companies to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
