HT Welcomes New Editorial Board Members from Hard Rock, Thayer Lodging Group, and Arby's

Hospitality Technology's Editorial Advisory Board plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and content of its magazine, website, and portfolio of in-person events. Member feedback about industry trends and issues is extremely valuable to the team at HT and every few months we welcome new board members to our staff in order to keep content fresh and varied. It is with great pleasure that we welcome new professionals from Hard Rock International, Thayer Lodging Group, and Arby's to the Editorial Advisory Board.

Joe Tenczar is the sr. director of technology for Hard Rock International, which owns/franchises Hard Rock Cafes, Hard Rock Hotels, Hard Rock Live, Hard Rock Casinos and Hard Rock Park, globally. In his position, Tenczar specializes in the brand's overall tactical technology necessities with a strategic focus on new technology's place in the industry. Prior to joining Hard Rock International, Tenczar spent many years as a Web technologies programmer and manager for banking and financial software companies and served as the VP of technology during the construction of their Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls, Canada. Tenczar holds a dual BS in Computer Science and Telecommunications from the University of Florida and a MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. He sits on the advisory board for the Central Florida Society for Information Managers and is a member of the Central Florida chapter of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals.

Mike Uwe Dickersbach is the vice president of information technology for the Thayer Lodging Group, where he oversees the integration of technology, systems infrastructure, and audio visual solutions for the company's entire portfolio. Prior to joining Thayer in 2000, Dickersbach worked in the hospitality industry as a systems & control manager and restaurant manager after graduating from Johnson & Wales University (magna cum laude). Along with his CHTP title Dickersbach, is a Comptia A+ and NET+ certified technician, and holds a Microsoft Certified Professional designation.

Tripp Sessions recently joined Arby's Restaurant Group as the sr. director of information technology. Prior to joining Arby's, Sessions worked for Zaxby's Franchising, Inc. as the sr. director of information technology.  He holds a BBA and MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
