HRI Lodging Selects BI and Accounting Software to Simplify Reporting at 17 Hotels
HRI Lodging, LLC (HRIL) will install Aptech’s Targetvue, Execuvue®, and Profitvue® systems for its 17 hotels. HRIL selected Aptech’s systems to simplify property reporting, data collection, and budgeting/forecasting for its expanding portfolio. Aptech is the leading provider of hospitality software for business intelligence, budgeting and forecasting, and enterprise financial accounting. Aptech will host HRIL’s systems from its secure data center in Pittsburgh, PA. Implementation is expected in 2Q ’14.
In mid-2013, 11-property HRIL expanded via a joint venture with MetWest Terra Hospitality to operate 6 additional hotels. MetWest had its own financial systems, as did HRI prior to the joint venture. HRIL found that combining processes and updating its existing systems would be costly. Aptech was selected because it has extensive experience with growing multi-property, multi-PMS operations.
Aptech will automate all HRIL’s financial processes and reporting. Aptech will also provide a mobile-ready dashboard so HRIL can remotely oversee performance for all properties. Baer said HRIL will take advantage of Execuvue’s pre-configured ‘jump-start’ report packages for faster goal achievement.
