GrillSmith, a five-unit refined-casual, chef-inspired restaurant concept that specializes in innovative and creative interpretations of classic American dishes, has launched a custom-designed loyalty app by Punchh. The branded GrillSmith loyalty program allows guests to collect points for every dollar spent at any of its five Florida locations and redeem a $10 voucher for every 200 points earned in addition to other rewards and offers.
 
GrillSmith utilizes Punchh’s mobile platform to encourage guests to visit more often through an engaging smartphone app that not only gives them the chance to receive rewards but also provide real-time feedback. The cloud-based, POS-integrated mobile CRM platform paints a more complete picture of the GrillSmith guest by integrating with social media channels as well as tracking what offers are redeemed, what menu items are most often ordered and the frequency of visits. It also drives incremental sales, repeat traffic and referrals with its segmentation capability, giving operators the opportunity to mold rewards and offers to fans’ individual preferences and past behaviors.
